HEALTH-P2

HEALTH-P2 (Healthy, Eating, Active Living, Taught at Home during Pregnancy and Postpartum) uses a pragmatic cluster randomized controlled trial to evaluate the Dissemination and Implementation of Life-Moms across multiple levels through a partnership with Parents as Teachers.
