Life-Moms

Lifestyle Interventions For Expectant Moms (LIFE-Moms) is a consortium with an overall goal to identify effective behavioral and lifestyle interventions. The study at Washington University in St. Louis reduced excessive gestational weight gain and postpartum weight retention in low income African American women that received a home-based lifestyle intervention delivered through Parents as Teachers.
