Healthy Eating and Active Living Taught at Home (HEALTH)

A lifestyle intervention derived from the Diabetes Prevention Program was embedded within Parents as Teachers entitled Healthy Eating and Active Living Taught at home (HEALTH).  Clinically significant weight loss and reduced weight gain was shown for those receiving HEALTH.
